ConferenceWise is not affiliated to, nor represents any hotel or hotel group, allowing us to offer a truly unbiased choice.
How many persons do you book for?
We are just as happy to assist with an overnight’s accommodation as we are for a conference of 700+ persons – or anything in between.
How long do you take to find me a venue?
We aim to get back to you by the next working day with an update.
How much does your service cost?
Nothing – ConferenceWise provides a free venue finding service to you, our Client. As ConferenceWise provides a free venue finding service we claim a commission from the venue once the event has taken place.
Is it cheaper for me to go direct?
Unlikely – because of our buying power and negotiating skills, ConferenceWise will always offer you the best rates available – we do not mark up any rates quoted to us.
How can I be sure you will find the best deal?
With a database of over 10,000 venues plus our personal experience and knowledge of the market.
Will ConferenceWise take over your event?
Definitely not. Once the venue has been found most of our clients prefer to liaise directly with the hotel themselves but should you require some guidance, we are happy to offer our expertise/assistance – as much or as little as you may require.
When will a contract be sent to confirm the booking?
Once the choice of venue has been established, a contract will be sent out from the hotel/venue to the client.
Can you provide help with the organisation of the event?
If you require professional help with the organisation or running of your event, we can put you in touch with professional conference organisers both abroad and in the UK.
